This leadership role will help develop and implement procurement and inventory control strategies. He is capable of analyzing market trends and recommending sources of supply that insure lowest total cost. He will work to improve communication and harmony between the warehouse, sales and purchasing departments. Strong communication and leadership skills and able to work under minimal supervision. ISO 9000, QA and IT experience has added value. The candidate will have an onboarding process of learning the company’s business, paper flow, physical handling and logistics of the materials. He will be introduced to the purchasing team as an expert in inventory control. We are interested in the complexity of the candidate’s current working environment regarding how often they buy, quantity bought, # of products bought, and # of suppliers they deal with. Strong compensation package for the candidate that can provide solid examples of their expertise. We will consider relocating the right candidate to Canada. |
